(b) A quorum of the commission consists of seven (7) members. IC 4-21.5-3-3 applies to a commission action governed by IC 4-21.5.(c) The affirmative vote of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the commission members present and voting is necessary for purposes of adopting a rule under IC 4-22-2.(d) A commission member may participate in a meeting by electronic means in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-3.6.As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.1.
