The state fire marshal serves at the pleasure of the governor.(b) The state fire marshal must have:(1) a recognized interest and knowledge in the areas of fire prevention and fire protection; and(2) experience as an administrator.(c) The state fire marshal shall serve as a full-time employee of the department.As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.3.
