Except as provided in section 19 of this chapter, cigarettes may not be sold or offered for sale in Indiana unless the cigarettes:(1) have been tested according to the test method and meet the performance standard specified in section 13 or 15 of this chapter;(2) have been certified under section 21 of this chapter; and(3) have been marked under section 23 of this chapter.As added by P.L.82-2008, SEC.1.
