(b) This subsection applies only to an applicant for a design release for a project listed in 410 IAC 6-12-7 for which the applicant must obtain a construction permit from the Indiana department of health under IC 16-19-3.5. After December 31, 2016, an applicant may submit a combined application to the department that is an application for:(1) a construction permit under IC 16-19-3.5; and(2) a design release under this chapter.Not later than the next business day after receiving the combined application, the department shall provide a copy of the application to the Indiana department of health.As added by P.L.218-2014, SEC.14.
