A permit issued under section 1 of this chapter is subject to sanctions as provided in IC 22-12-7-7 for any of the following reasons:(1) A false statement or misrepresentation of the material fact in the application, plan, or specification on which the permit was based.(2) The work being performed is not in compliance with the applicable code.(3) The work is not being performed in accordance with the details of the application, plans, specifications, or conditions of the permit.(4) The elevator contractor to whom the permit was issued is the subject of an order issued under IC 22-12-7-4 and IC 22-12-7-6.As added by P.L.119-2002, SEC.13.
