§ 22-2-8-3

It is hereby made the duty of the commissioner of labor to enforce the provisions of this chapter by the processes of the courts, and in the name of the state; and, upon his failure so to do, any citizen of the state is hereby authorized to do the same in the name of the state.Formerly: Acts 1899, c.124, s.6.
