§ 22-3-12-3

Upon receipt of a report of injury under section 2 of this chapter, the office of vocational rehabilitation shall immediately send a copy of the report to the local office of vocational rehabilitation located nearest to the injured employee's home.As added by P.L.218-1989, SEC.1.
