§ 22-3-7-26

All disputes arising under this chapter, except section 3 of this chapter, if not settled by the agreement of the parties interested therein, with the approval of the board, shall be determined by the board.Formerly: Acts 1937, c.69, s.19. As amended by P.L.144-1986, SEC.68.
