§ 22-3-8-1

Any person representing any plaintiff or defendant in the prosecution or defense of any claim or claims before the worker's compensation board must be admitted to practice law in the circuit or superior courts and supreme court of Indiana.Formerly: Acts 1925, c.33, s.1.
