The department shall require each postsecondary proprietary educational institution to include in each curriculum catalog and promotional brochure the following:(1) A statement indicating that the postsecondary proprietary educational institution is regulated by the department under this chapter.(2) The department's mailing address and telephone number.As added by P.L.107-2012, SEC.61.
