Authorization under this chapter may be revoked by the department:(1) for cause upon notice and an opportunity for a department hearing; and(2) for the authorized postsecondary proprietary educational institution failing to make the appropriate quarterly contributions to the fund not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of a quarter.As added by P.L.107-2012, SEC.61.
