§ 22-4-1-21-30

If the department has not completed a determination with respect to the issuance of a permit under this section within the fifteen (15) working day period, the department shall issue a temporary permit to the applicant. The temporary permit is sufficient to meet the requirements of this chapter until a determination is made on the application.(b) A permit issued under this chapter may, upon ten (10) days notice and after a hearing, be revoked by the department:(1) if the holder of the permit solicits or enrolls students through fraud, deception, or misrepresentation; or(2) upon a finding that the permit holder is not of good moral character.As added by P.L.107-2012, SEC.61.
