However, if the eligible employee is a high school student, the maximum grant amount provided to an employer for the student is the lesser of:(1) one thousand dollars ($1,000); or(2) not more than one-third (1/3) of the cost of the student's work based learning course.(b) The maximum grant amount provided to a particular employer is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).As added by P.L.174-2018, SEC.41.
