As used in this chapter, 'cost per graduate' means an amount equal to:(1) the total amount paid to each eligible program provider that is reimbursed under this chapter for performance milestones met by students within a cohort; divided by(2) the total number of graduates in that cohort.As added by P.L.237-2019, SEC.2.
