The department shall administer the fund.(b) Money appropriated for the programs described in section 2 of this chapter may be used for the costs of administering those programs.(c) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund but remains available to the department for expenditure consistent with this chapter.As added by P.L.235-1999, SEC.15.
