Except as provided in section 1(b) through 1(e) of this chapter, each employer shall pay contributions equal to five and six-tenths percent (5.6%) of wages, except as otherwise provided in IC 22-4-11-2, IC 22-4-11-3, IC 22-4-11.5, and IC 22-4-37-3.(b) This subsection applies after December 31, 2010.
