§ 22-4-2-1

As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, 'benefits' means the money payments payable to an eligible individual as provided in this article with respect to his unemployment.Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.201. As amended by P.L.144-1986, SEC.87.
