For all purposes of this article, the term 'hospital' means:(1) an institution defined in IC 16-18-2-179(b) and licensed by the Indiana department of health; or(2) a state institution (as defined in IC 12-7-2-184).Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.355, SEC.3.
