In the event the sheriff is unable to locate the employing unit after diligent search, the sheriff shall file with the department a statement sworn to by the sheriff that a diligent search has been made and the employing unit cannot be located within the sheriff's bailiwick.Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.3011.
