§ 22-4-32-11

The department, by rule, may require the appellant to deposit with the department an amount sufficient to pay the actual costs of preparing the transcript of the record of the proceedings before the liability administrative law judge before preparing the same.Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.3311; Acts 1951, c.295, s.22.
