As used in this chapter, 'subcontractor' means a person that:(1) is a party to a contract with a contractor; and(2) provides services or work for work the contractor is performing under either of the following:(A) A public contract for services.(B) A contract for a public works project with a public agency.As added by P.L.171-2011, SEC.16.
