The commissioner and such representatives as he may designate shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and the safety standards adopted by the commission. The commissioner may utilize other agencies of the state government and its political subdivisions in carrying out his functions under this chapter.Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.241, SEC.18.
