(b) Except as provided by subsection (c), IC 4-21.5 governs a hearing under this section.(c) A hearing under this section may not continue regarding any alleged discriminatory housing practice after the beginning of the trial of a civil action commenced by the aggrieved person under federal or state law seeking relief with respect to that discriminatory housing practice.(d) IC 22-9.5-11 governs an appeal of a final order issued under this article.As added by P.L.66-1990, SEC.2.
