§ 22-9-11-4

As used in this chapter, 'self-employment' means a business, profession, or trade owned by an individual and through which the individual earns income directly through the individual's own efforts and not as an employee of a business, profession, or trade owned by another person.As added by P.L.68-2017, SEC.4.
