Each employer, employment agency, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee covered under this chapter shall post notices in a format accessible to applicants, employees, and members describing the applicable provisions of this chapter, in the manner prescribed by Section 711 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000e-10).As added by P.L.111-1992, SEC.4.
