A registered foreign entity shall deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:(1) the name of the entity;(2) the entity's jurisdiction of formation;(3) an address required by section 3(5) of this chapter; or(4) the information required by IC 23-0.5-4-3(b).As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
