The secretary of state may not disclose any facts or information obtained from the interrogatories unless:(1) the secretary of state's official duty requires the information to be made public; or(2) the interrogatories or the answers received are required for evidence in a criminal proceeding or in any other action or proceeding by or against the state of Indiana.As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
