The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a foreign registration statement for a foreign master limited liability company:(1) Two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225) for an electronic filing.(2) Two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for filing in a manner other than electronically.As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
