(a) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing an application for assumed business name electronically:(1) In the case of a for-profit entity, twenty dollars ($20) multiplied by the number of assumed business names stated in the application.(2) In the case of a nonprofit corporation, ten dollars ($10) multiplied by the number of assumed business names stated in the application.(b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing an application for assumed business name in a manner other than electronically:(1) In the case of a for-profit entity, thirty dollars ($30) multiplied by the number of assumed business names stated in the application.(2) In the case of a nonprofit corporation, twenty-six dollars ($26) multiplied by the number of assumed business names stated in the application.As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
