In all cases where the donors or donees of any public burying ground shall lay the same off into lots, plainly designated by corner stones or posts, and record a plat thereof in the recorder's office, then persons interring in said burying place shall bury within the lots so designated, and not out of them.Formerly: Acts 1852, 1RS, c.101, s.20.
