As used in this chapter, 'funeral home' means a place that is licensed under IC 25-15 where:(1) human remains are prepared for a funeral or disposition;(2) human remains are held for disposition; and(3) funerals are conducted or provided.As added by P.L.231-1995, SEC.2.
