As used in this chapter, 'holding facility' means an area that:(1) is designated for the retention of human remains before cremation, including a cremation room;(2) complies with all applicable public health laws; and(3) preserves the health and safety of the crematory authority personnel.As added by P.L.231-1995, SEC.2.
