'Cremation' means:(1) the incineration of:(A) the body of a deceased individual; or(B) a body part of a nondeceased individual; and(2) the mechanical or manual reduction of identifiable bone fragments to unidentifiable bone fragments.As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.7.
