The term does not include:(1) the raising and lowering of human remains to accommodate two (2) interments within a single grave: or(2) the repositioning of human remains or the repositioning of an outside burial container or vault that encroaches on an adjoining grave, grave space, or burial space.As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.7.
