The fee that a cemetery owner charges for services in connection with the installation or use of commodities in the cemetery must:(1) be consistent with the written statement provided under IC 23-14-46-9; and(2) be the same to all regardless of who furnishes the commodities.As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.21.
