§ 23-14-62-1

This chapter applies whenever a majority of the heads of families of a county whose dead are buried in a cemetery owned by the county, either by themselves or with others, organize a corporation for the burial of the dead and the maintenance of a cemetery.As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.36.
