(b) The ordinance transferring the control and management of a cemetery under subsection (a) must prescribe:(1) the organization of the board; and(2) the duties of the officers and members of the board.(c) Members of a board of trustees established under subsection (a) shall be appointed from the lot owners of the cemetery who are residents of the county in which the cemetery is located.As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.39.
