The amounts delivered by the cemetery board shall be credited to the account of the cemetery board and deposited in accordance with IC 5-13-6.(b) All expenses incurred by the cemetery board shall be paid by claims allowed and signed by a majority of the cemetery board. The claims shall be delivered to the controller or clerk-treasurer of the municipality, and warrants in payment of the claims shall be drawn on the municipal treasury.As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.39.
