5 of this chapter and IC 23-18-4-4(a)(3) are not intended to adversely affect the validity of:(1) any provision of a written operating agreement in effect before July 1, 2014, that:(A) provides for an officer or officers; or(B) sets forth the powers or duties of an officer or officers; or(2) any act by an officer before July 1, 2014.As added by P.L.63-2014, SEC.31.
