A rule adopted or order issued under this article may exempt a security, transaction, or offer; a rule under this article may exempt a class of securities, transactions, or offers from any or all of the requirements of IC 23-19-3-1 through IC 23-19-3-6 and IC 23-19-5-4; and an order under this article may waive, in whole or in part, any or all of the conditions for an exemption or offer under sections 1 and 2 of this chapter.As added by P.L.27-2007, SEC.23.
