In the securities division's investigative, examination, and regulatory activities related to licensees under this article, the securities division may cooperate with the Indiana department of financial institutions in the regulation of a licensee that conducts:(1) business under this article; and(2) business that requires licensure under IC 24-4.4.As added by P.L.175-2019, SEC.2.
