§ 23-2-5-12-1

The repeal of IC 23-2-5 does not affect any:(1) rules adopted under IC 23-2-5-11;(2) action taken under IC 23-2-5; or(3) right, privilege, obligation, or liability acquired, accrued, or incurred under IC 23-2-5;as in effect before their repeal.As added by P.L.175-2019, SEC.2.
