(a) A loan broker may not operate a branch office in Indiana unless the loan broker first obtains a:(1) unique identifier from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System; and(2) branch office license from the commissioner.(b) A loan broker shall apply to the commissioner for a branch office license under this article.As added by P.L.175-2019, SEC.2.
