(b) Subject to the approval of the secretary of state, the commissioner may promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter under IC 4-22-2.(c) Neither the secretary of state, nor the securities commissioner, nor any employee of the securities division, shall be liable in their individual capacity, except to the state of Indiana, for any act done or omitted in connection with the performance of their respective duties under the provisions of this chapter.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.235, SEC.1.
