As used in this chapter, 'commodity sales representative' means a person who:(1) is acting for a commodity broker-dealer in executing or attempting to execute a transaction in a commodity contract or a commodity option; and(2) is authorized to take those actions by the commodity broker-dealer.As added by P.L.177-1991, SEC.10.
