(b) A person who violates a rule or an order issued or adopted under this chapter may be assessed a civil penalty of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000).(c) The commissioner may refer any evidence concerning violations of this chapter or violations of any rule or order issued or adopted by the commissioner to any prosecuting attorney in Indiana.As added by P.L.177-1991, SEC.10.
