§ 23-5-1-9-1

(b) If a business trust adopts a provision of law under subsection (a), the business trust shall:(1) file notice of the adoption in the office of the secretary of state; and(2) record notice of the adoption in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the principal office of the business trust is located.As added by P.L.226-1989, SEC.5.
