(b) With respect to CPAP transactions and CPAP providers, the department has all powers of administration, investigation, and enforcement set forth in:(1) IC 24-4.5-6; and(2) IC 28-11-4;including the authority to levy a civil penalty.As added by P.L.153-2016, SEC.7. Amended by P.L.176-2019, SEC.41.
