As used in this chapter, 'newly qualified nonparticipating manufacturer' means a nonparticipating manufacturer:(1) that has filed a certification under section 13 of this chapter; and(2) whose brand families are not listed in a directory under section 14 of this chapter.As added by P.L.24-2010, SEC.2.
