§ 24-3-6-15

(a) A person who violates this chapter is liable for a civil penalty equal to the greater of:(1) five (5) times the value of the cigarettes involved in the violation; or(2) one thousand dollars ($1,000).(b) A civil penalty under this section is in addition to any other penalty imposed.As added by P.L.160-2005, SEC.15.
